We learnt lots of information about Queen Elizabeth II and her family. Take a look at our collaborative art piece of Queen Elizabeth II that we did as a whole class!
Internet Safety Day 2022
On Tuesday 8th February it was Internet Safety Day. Our focus this year was the relationships we have online. We read "Digi Duck's Big Decisions" and discussed the story and Digi Duck's big decision as a class. We then created a "Kindness Spell" for being online.

We have kicked the Spring term with Science Week. We have been looking at everyday materials and identifying their properties. We have learnt about natural and man made materials, as well as learning about inventors who have invented these materials.
We experimented making paper waterproof by creating a wax layer and we have tested what materials sink and float.
Maths Week November 2021
During Maths Week we have been learning how to compare length, measure using non-standard units of measurement, measure non-straight objects, measure in cm and measure the volume of liquids. We loved making our own 150ml cocktails and potions!
We've absolutely loved our gymnastics unit with Mrs Barlow this term in PE! We have become real gymnasts, performing all our different shapes and travel on the equipment.
We played "guess the seed" in our Topic lesson. The seeds are from Mrs Cook allotment. Mrs Cook shared some pictures of what she grows at her allotment.
