Science Week at Bartons
At the start of the Spring Term each year, Bartons holds its annual science week.
The whole school takes part in investigating different areas of science and at the end of the week, on the Friday afternoon, the children come together to host a science fair.
The fair is an opportunity for all the children to share what they have been learning about with the whole school.
Each morning throughout the week, Mrs Olliver holds a special science assembly with the aim of creating some awe and wonder for the children.
The week is a highly popular one in the school calendar and the children really enjoy getting the opportunity to immerse themselves in their science learning.
