Bartons Admission Policy is as follows: ‘Pupils start school in the September following their fourth birthday. Parents have the right to choose whether their child starts full or part-time but they must be in full-time education in the term following their fifth birthday. This is negotiated with the parent and the school based on the needs of the child.
