Autumn 2 (November/December 2026) - Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium
- The expected cost of this trip (including coach travel, admission to the science centre, admission to the planetarium and a private workshop) is £25.
Summer Term 2027
- Letters will be sent out regarding the residential trip in Year 6.
Autumn 1 - Exploring Egypt
This half term we will become Egyptologists and learn all about Howard Carter’s discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb, as well as delving deeper into what life was like in Ancient Egypt.
Working With Others Week
During our first week of school, we took part in lots of fun activities that encouraged us to work together as a team. We practised our common exception words with an anagram challenge, worked together to build the tallest paper tower and developed our understanding of coordinates through a game of hidden treasure. We also put our teamwork skills to the test with a drawing challenge, where the pen was controlled using pieces of string. It was a brilliant way to practise communicating, listening and working together!
