Bartons are holding two Open Afternoons for prospective parents to visit for Reception places in September 2025. These are Thursday 10th October and Tuesday 12th November both at 1.30pm - 2.30pm. Please make an appointment with the school office if you'd like to come.

TimesTable RockStars  Yr 3-Yr 6 
 
Times Table Rock Stars has proved to be  popular  and has helped children to make considerable progress in learning their times table. 
Rock Stars is continually improving with new features; this year, it has new tools which help to assess each child's current times table knowledge in order to tailor questions to suit their needs and also give feedback to teachers.
Each child has their own login so they access the platform at home. 
Every two weeks in assembly we celebrate and recognise children's achievements with learning their times tables.

NumBots  Yr R - Yr 2
 
NumBots is a platform for boosting addition and subtracting skills. The children will have been shown how to login at school and will bring home a username and password so they can access the platform at home.
Playing little and often will significantly improve your child’s recall and understanding of number bonds and addition and subtraction facts.

MyMaths 
 
MyMaths is an on-line resource used in school and set as homework. Children have their own login to access MyMaths. This is a useful resource as there are on-line lessons that can be accessed at home. These lessons support Maths learning in school.
